QUALIFICATIONS OF APPLICANTS:
1. Women from local area (at any Cerro Coso college campus) who are at least 25 years old
2. Grade point average of at least 3.0 in college work
3. Completion of at least one year of college
4. Acceptance by a four-year college or university for the 2007-2008 academic year as a full-time student

APPLICATIONS must include the following to be considered complete:
1. A completed Ann Ruff Scholarship Application form
2. A personal letter of approximately two typed pages stating the applicant’s goals and future plans
3. Copies of all college transcripts
4. Proof of acceptance from a four-year college or university
as a full-time student for 2007-2008
5. Two current letters of recommendation
